Obviously, with the security situation in Egypt I am concerned about safety. If anyone knows what the situation is in the area could they let me know as I will be upset to abandon my trip. The Delta can get pretty rough at times, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will be in danger It's not a tourist destination and I suspect you're not going to find anyone with recent first hand experience in this forum, but I'd love someone to prove me wrong.

I mean I'm technically a student wanting to work in a major hospital but it seems likely that this trip has to be cancelled. I'm really really gutted as I was looking forward to this.
