Bellevue, Washington 2 contributions 4 helpful votes. Do not stay here. The hotel itself is OK. The staff is nice but very little English is spoken. The location is terrible. The only thing near it is a big mall. So unless all you want to do is shop this location sucks! At least an hour to get anywhere. And that is by a combination of bus, taxi and metro.

Every taxi driver was really not happy they had to take us all the way out there. Unsafe area so you really wouldn't dream of walking around out there. Our biggest complaint was the firing of staff who actually tried to help us maneuver around the city and tourist destinations. One staff member who was the only one who spoke English had volunteered on her own time to take a group of us to some of the highlights. She was fired for doing so. We were very unhappy about that.
