Staff can communicate in English and is very helpful. Haven't tried the restaurants since there are plenty around Susukino area which is only one station away. Will come back to this hotel next time I visit Sapporo. The room rate is quite high but understandable as it is during high season. The space in room is well organise. The room is big and comfortable for 4 people , has separate cozy bed for each one. If you are looking for the hotel which in the great location at the very reasonable price, I highly recommended this hotel.
Very near the nakajima koen subway station! Free shuttle to Sapporo station. The room was large enough and comfortable. You can reach Susukino on foot but Sapporo station. I mistakenly booked smokable room but they accepted my request to change it to non-smoking room in last minute, really appreciated! I didn't take any meals at the hotel so just chose score "3". Staff service is very good, have shuttle bus go to JR Sapporo but start from 9 am and frequency is very long time for ever hour only have 1 time.

And the day when i check out i must be take shinkanshen in the morning, so i leave hotel at 8 am. No have shuttle bus while this time, so i must be walking go to nrt station not jr with very thick snow and make my baggage broken. Comfort , reasonable price, shuttle bus service to Sapporo station is a plus. If they can have more frequent shuttle bus schedule , will be even better. I arrived early and they let me check in early on their available room which was the smoking one. I took it cause I was so tired.
When I enter the room it was so clean and there it wasn't smell like smoking room at all. You got everything you need in your room. The room is clean as I already mentioned. Staff were helpful. The location is very near the train station and there is a convenient store near by. I read one of the reviews that the carpet were old and not clean but what I got was a super clean room and the carpet condition was ok. Probably they already fixed the issue. I had a great stay there.
Car park Y per day, will be good if is free for hotel guest. Very nice hotel, big room, complete facilities including air purifier, nice view, near to subway and street car station and walking distance to susukino and odori park. Love it so much. The hotel is clean , food is good and the staff are very helpful in facilitating our requests.
