And yes It was good at the beginning and then the dreamer left the scene. All I saw is a ghost town empty shopping stores, abandoned studio houses.

The only thing barely alive is the monorail that takes guest to the summit hills conference centre and the lakeside hotel hosting mostly civil servants and politicians. I have never seen any resort in Nigeria that is this huge and well planned and doubt if i will find! Its sad to see what this once-lovely place is turning into. From the layout of the environment, to the hotel itself, to the water park, the cable car, moribund mart, the lakeview huts - all of these are in poor conditions.
