We stayed here are week and upon arriving at our next destination, we discovered that clothes we had not even worn held the smell of cigarette smoke. Neither of us are smokers! The wifi can be very annoying. It doesn't require a password but takes a minute or so to connect. It drops out randomly and makes it difficult to use a VPN. The air conditioning was great and saved us from the Xian heat. Only two of the staff spoke English, but all tried their best to help us with our questions.
As female solo travellers some of the other male guests made us uncomfortable and we would actively avoid sharing the elevators with them. But these could have just been the guests at the time. All things considered I don't think I wouldn't stay here again but appreciate the hospitality. We arranged for car and driver for Xian sights,they supplied a hotel minivan and a wonderful driver named James Wong.
He turned out to be a great person and very knowledgable about where to go in Xian. Helped us avoid the crowds. He was a blessing is seeing the sights in our 2 twos we had Xian. He sure we had plently of water during our touring. Reccomend him. I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room.

The room was incredibly modern, great size and the staff left lovely treats throughout the day. The hotel provides free bottles of water and snacks. The breakfast and Afternoon Tea were both delicious with lots of variety. The staff were very friendly and we used a translate app to communicate very effectively. The breakfast was good, a fusion of "American" and Chinese fare.
The staff were helpful, occasionally they had to find the person with the best English, such as when we wanted to get a cab to the Terracotta warriors and airport but they were always accommodating. The location was relatively nice and quiet. Unfortunately there wasn' Plus the taxis were cheap if you wanted to go somewhere else. This place is beyond our expectations. Convenient location but not too crowed.
Subway station is steps away. Ten mins to bell tower. The room is very clean. Comfy and luxury.

I just love the bathroom. I think the owels they used there were from luxury brand, much softer and comfy than any other hotels that we have ever been. Food there is reasonably priced, some food is Food there is reasonably priced, some food is even cheaper than outside store. We were just glad that we booked this hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone goes to Xi'an!
We had to change rooms 3 times. Aircon was pumping out hot air. Got to 30 degrees!!
Some rooms had terrible cigarette smoke smells. Breakfast pretty sad. It is also about meters from the subway station forgot the name: something Furong Yuan. By subway, you can just about go anywhere in Xi'an, even to the airport and train stations. We would stay here again if we return to Xi'an. When we checked in, I had a question which the front desk clerk couldn't answer. When he answered, he did not even look at us. I would expect at least a nod. Hotel just outside the city walls but quite far from Xian historical attraction.

Hotel restaurant only until 9pm but helpful staff to help find a 24h restaurant outside. They tried to make their best to find someone who could speak enough English to help us go to the restaurant. It was very disapointing since we have choosen this hotel in function of this otherwise we would opte for a hotel nearer center. This hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of a busy international city. It's award winning build is tasteful and sensitive and from the entrance foyer to the bedroom, it's decor is rich and traditional. The quiet, large central garden with pool, koi, peacocks, swans and ducks adds to its tranquillity.

This hotel is a full notch above the average Xian hotel. Many other hotels rate themselves as four star and are really only three. This is a very clean property, a good breakfast buffet, a nice indoor swimming pool, and a beautifully designed lobby. Hotel is close to Bell Tower and the City Wall. As my family of 4 only has one and a half day in Xian, we asked the hotel to book a taxi to took us for a whole day tour to Terracotta Warriors, Li Shan and Hua Qing Chi. I was happy to pay the RMB for the service. Should have spent longer time in Xian as it has many other interesting and historical places to visit. The aircon was not able to set to cooler temperature thus was sweating after my warm bath. And I'm the VIP in the hotel, but the staff got missed up and sent the fruits to my colleague's room as we both have the same family name. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious with soft, comfortable beds hard to find in China. The food in the western restaurant is not too bad and prices are not bad for a hotel restaurant. There are a lot of small local restaurants nearby as well.
They have a pool as well as billiards and ping pong. Unforutunately when we were there, the pool was closed Unforutunately when we were there, the pool was closed for repairs and the billiards and ping pong areas were not open because of another event. Disappointing as we had chosen the hotel for these features for the kids in our group.
Service was very good! The location of the Hotel in Xian is excellent for near by resturants, shopping and sight seeing. Best to arrange sight seeing tours independently and do not rely on Hotel staff to arrange as they have the usual choice of over priced drivers they recommend depending on the doorman. Overall the Hotel is a good choice. It was my first business trip stay at this hotel.

Staffs are very friendly which is rare in Xi'an. Overall very good experience and will go again. Head Receptionist, very officious. When we checked into our double room she informed us that it was hotel policy that the room price only included one breakfast.
