Simply beautiful. Inside the restaurant, the music is good, lighting is appropriate, and the staff, Lindsay and Ro who we met , were wonderful. They suggested dishes, and were honest and forthcoming. It was great good and service, and my family loved it Helpful Share. Levittown, New York 53 contributions 14 helpful votes. We had lunch here today, after skipping breakfast. The outdoor courtyard is beautiful, very inviting. The food was really good. They have a house salad that is delicious.
My manicotti, which was one of the lunch specials, was really good, fresh, creamy. Our waitress, Carrie, was a lovely young lady, helpful and friendly. If you want real, great tasting Italian food in a wonderful atmosphere, served by some of the friendliest folks in Daytona, this is something you absolutely have to try.
Great food for the entire family in a kid friendly atmosphere is the bill of fare. We consisted of four adults and five kids from ages seven to fourteen and all were pleasantly nourished with no complaints from anyone. Everyone had something different to eat and I had the absolute best lobster ravioli ever. Going to Daytona? Date of stay: July Trip type: Travelled with family. The Waitstaff was attentive and friendly. We later returned and sat outside on the patio. Maxine was our server and was helpful and very friendly and had White Greek pizza. It was a great! We will definitely return the next time we are in the area. Date of stay: March Trip type: Travelled with friends.

I think a lot of people were in training because we got asked about 4 times how the service was. I ordered lasagna and it was great but HUGE! The front desk staff were very confusing I called to ask about parking and they told me I could park as many cars as I needed then when I got to the property 3 of my friends had to pay for parking in the garage.
They also told me I had to pay with a card then when I got there they told me I could have paid with cash.

Very confusing and unorganized. We were planning on staying there every year for our girls beach trip cause we enjoy the property but now since I've been there 2 years in a row and there has been problems at check in I think we might go elsewhere. The rooms were nice, bartenders super awesome. It was not ocean view. I requested a ocean front room but was told ocean view was different from ocean front. It was close to beach. I love the indoor pool and jacuzzi. No restaurant, kitchen drains smelled like rotten food, bed was lumpy and pillows almost smothered me.
Did not sleep well. Hand held shower nozzle started to fall apart as I was showering. What eggs? More than enough room for one person. Kitchen very well equipped. I spoke with Booking. I had to put an employee on my booking.. Decent price. The best part of this property is the tremendous staff!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Stay here Thanks to Lori ask if we wanted to upgrade this turn into a fantastic vacation. What we liked was the Ocean front view. She treated us like royalty every time we ran into her.
I noticed she seemed to treat everyone like that. The slide. Dirty smelled bad wasn't accommodating never stay again then the building next to them was painting they didn't advise the guest all our cars had paint all over them waste money so disappointing really I want my money back on this stay. Great customer service thanks much.
The night shift my first day but other then that it was great.

The two bedroom with the balcony. My Room. Crappy Customer Service. They don't tell you everything is closed, pool, spa, game room, etc.
They charge a resort fee yet it's not a resort. Construction everywhere. What a joke. Daytona Beach is great. Status: Wordsmith Level 1 Wordsmiths love to write about their trips and keep coming back to tell us more! Only issue we had kept request for nee towels and never received. The room was great and the hotel was nice. All activities and pools etc where closed due to virus but we still enjoyed.
