First of all, The hotel's photos in agoda site is misleading. It gives me high expectation for the hotel. The photos of the swimming pool slides should be taken off the site since it doesn't work anymore! I was dissapointed by this.

They should fix it immediately. Second, the hot pool is not really hot, just lukewarm. No reason to stay for long relaxing time. The bathroom is small though. The garden is nice and well maintained, nice for taking photos. They had 2 swimming pools cmiiw , and my kid 2yo really had fun to slide over and over again.
Very satisfied, highly recommended. If you come to Lembang, you should check this one. Booked 2 rooms, one of them the water heater was not working.. They limit to enter waterpark strictly only for 2 person per room. No air cond which ok since lembang has cold temp but you need to open the window to get air circulation. So far hot pool was the only thing that interesting.. A really bad experience staying at Grand Paradise, with my wife and baby boy 1.
We expected a quiet time but had to be really dissapointed because there was a company held a gathering there, yelling and singing till 11p. I did complain but no one did anything, leaving us sleepless.

Manager hotel should be able to do something. They were not the only one who pay. Hotel should see all guests equally. The room isolation itself is really bad. With all doors and windows locked tightly, sounds of car and motorcycle muffler still get inside, not to mention the sound of the music which is really too loud. Room cleanliness is bad too.
Only the staff that make me smile.

They really helpful and polite. Thumbs up for the good works. Arrived at the parking lot at 6 pm, it was very spacious and the security greeted us well while helping us deliver the luggage to the concierge. The concierge was also very welcoming and very assistive hence it only took us about 5 minutes to finished the whole process to receive complimentary breakfast-swimming pool-welcome drink vouchers and we were allowed to enter our room.
Upon entering the room, we were surprised even the room was clean enough, it was no different from budget hotel with very small bathroom about 1 x 1. Since our schedule was packed and we have to leave early before dusk, I asked the concierge to exchange the breakfast voucher so we can use it for the dinner instead. The staff was very polite and immediately asked the manager for the permission. It only took about 10 minutes and the permission was given, while we starts preparing and got to the restaurant at 6. Once we arrived there immediately we gave the breakfast and welcome drink voucher to the waiter, took a plate and start taking some food from the stove, suddenly one of the staff came and told us this food isn't for us, the one redeemable for the voucher is only "Lembang Style Kampong Fried Rice" which will be delivered to our table soon.
Avoiding argue further argument, we agreed and waited 20 minutes for the dish to come while taking some pictures on the interior. When the dish came, we asked the server where's the welcome drink? We waited for another 20 minutes for the drink to come but when the server returns, he brought along 6 glasses of mineral water and said this is the welcome drink personally i thought it was very ridiculous considering the price we paid. To sum up my experience so far I'll put on points below. Positive remarks: - Good exterior architecture classic-roma.
