True, the hotel is beautifully located at the water and very close to the attractive city center. From the outside the hotel looks very promising, once inside it looks more like a youth hostel.
The rooms are very basic, there is no air conditioning, and the tiny ventilator produces the noise of a turboprop airplane. The TV is extremely small; you need a pair of binoculars to watch it. The room looks tiered and the housekeeping is poor. The breakfast was basic and not well tend.

Nice hotel, near the city centre. Nice, clean hotel with rather big rooms and a spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. View onto the river, not far from the city centre.
